Leadership Core Value Program

At Gonsalves Elementary School, we believe that leadership is more than a title—it's a mindset. 

Our Leadership Core Value Program empowers students to develop essential character traits that inspire confidence, responsibility, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Each month, we focus on a key core value, such as determination, cooperation, and respect, helping students build the skills they need to lead by example in the classroom and beyond. Through hands-on activities, discussions, and school-wide initiatives, our students learn that leadership starts with character and grows through action.
