Computer Skills and Technology Lab

Welcome to the den of digital learning at Gonsalves Elementary School! 

Our Technology Lab provides students with a dynamic environment to explore technology and enhance their educational journey. Equipped with Chromebooks, iPads and interactive software, our lab fosters creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills. In addition to coding and research, students engage in hands-on robotics activities, building and programming robots to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills. Whether they're designing digital projects or bringing robots to life, our students discover new possibilities every day in our innovative technology lab.

Creativity comes to life in the Gonsalves Elementary School Art Lab! 

This vibrant space provides students with the opportunity to explore a variety of artistic mediums, from painting and drawing to “sculpture” and crafts. With a focus on self-expression and imagination, our art lab encourages students to develop their artistic skills while building confidence and an appreciation of our unique cultures. Through hands-on projects and collaborative activities, young artists are inspired to think creatively and bring their unique visions to life.

Lights, music, action! 

The Gonsalves Elementary School Musical Theater program gives students the chance to shine on stage while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Through singing, acting, and dance, students develop performance skills and bring learning to life in an engaging, supportive environment. From rehearsals to live productions, our young performers learn the art of storytelling, stage presence, and collaboration—creating unforgettable experiences and a lifelong love of the performing arts.

The Gonsalves Elementary School Library is a hub of curiosity, exploration, and lifelong learning. 

More than just a place to check out books, our Library encourages students to develop a love for reading, research, and discovery. With a diverse collection of literature, interactive learning resources, and engaging activities, students build literacy skills, strengthen their critical thinking, and embark on exciting journeys through multimedia storytelling. Whether diving into a good book or exploring new ideas, our Library is where imagination and knowledge come to life!
